First of all, thank you thinking of us.

Many of you have asked, “How are you guys holding up during all this?”

Well, when we shrank the menu down in June, we simply didn’t have the staff to handle a full dining room.  Though we’ve been able to add a few more members to a great group of employees, unfortunately new issues keep popping up.

Right now it’s the supply chain: there’s a daily battle just to keep bacon, to-go cups, and potatoes--yes, potatoes--in the building.  But as we adjust to “doing more with less”, there’s some hope: we feel confident enough to bring back several items you’ve been missing:  Sweet Potato Pancakes, Pumpkin-Stuffed French Toast, Broiled Grapefruit and a new Caramel Apple Streusel French Toast!

We’re of course hoping to be right-sized soon, but until then, incremental progress is progress nonetheless…
