So, “what’s with the menu?” you ask.

You’ve been hearing about it in the news for weeks, now.  It’s very real.  Painfully real.

Like every restaurant in Cincinnati, in Ohio, and in the whole country, we find ourselves inexplicably understaffed.  At the very time that business is starting to come back, we can’t handle the increase.  At the very time we could begin to restore our financial health from the debacle that was last year, we can’t.  There are simply no workers to hire.  Right now, we’re searching desperately for kitchen help to cook your meal.  Quite stunning, but quite true.

So back to the menu.  This is the delicious food that we can put out with the staff we have.  Fewer options than normal, to be sure.  But while it’s a smaller offering than you’re used to, it’s full of long-time favorites you’ll enjoy.

We’re hoping to be right-sized soon, but until then, we’re delighted you’re here eating with us.
